Ever since I was a young girl I aspired to work with animals. It started with horse back riding lessons from an early age and then finally in high school I convinced my parents to let us get a family dog. We adopted our dog “Guiness” from the humane society back in 2009 and he continues to be the best dog ever.

I attended university after high school and graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Biology. I then attended the Veterinary Technology program at Ridgetown College and discovered my true passion in veterinary technology. I returned to the Niagara region in the spring of 2016 with my diploma and a new four-legged family member, “Bambi”. She is a two-year-old husky/shepherd mix so she has a lot of energy but she is the most affectionate dog and a great addition to our family.

I am beyond thrilled to be continuing my career as an RVT in the Niagara Region by joining the excellent team at Upper Canada Animal Hospital. I couldn’t be more excited to learn and grow with this amazing group of professionals.
